Inside, the open interior boasts all of the comforts of home. The well-equipped kitchen provides a pleasant space to play chef whereas the living room displays a smart TV and plush seating. If you have a project you need to tune into during your stay, utilize the work desk. And when your swimsuits need to be cleaned, throw them in the washer/dryer.
Equally comfortable, the bedrooms are adorned with high-quality linens and central air. The home's amenities extend to internet access, a gas grill, and beach gear for you to play with in the sand.
A quick drive away, you'll be at the bay! When you aren't playing next to the water, explore Bayshore Live Oak Park, Audubon-Pennington Nature Park, Heron Creek Golf & Country Club, and the city's many restaurants and local shops.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: The dock is 13x7 and the canal is 3 ft deep on average. Guests should bring their own ropes to tie up to the dock. Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
