"TL;DR this place is great for families. The long version: my spouse and I, our 3 year old, and my mother booked a winter fossil hunting vacation and the house couldn’t have been better for us. "This house is great for large groups with plenty of comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms (note one is only a tub, no shower), and loads of outdoor seating and fire options.
