Nice hotel, great location near ponte vecchio and also near from the luxury boutiques like gucci, valentino, etc.
Stayed one night, though reached late night but no problem in chek in. Very responsive and nice host. Girl working there is very cooperative. Room was comfirtable. Located walking distance from main train station. Excellent people. Thank you for everything.
Well, I would have loved to stay but I didn't stay. My friends and I were turned away on the day we arrived for checkin. They said they didn't have any bookings in my name and that they were full for that night. Funny thing is, I made bookings with Hotels.com and they sent me a confirmation number ...
This hotel is around 15 minutes from the train station if you take the bus, or 10 if you take a cab. You can take a bus just two blocks away that will leave you right downtown Florence. Its price and location make it perfect for young couples and families. Nice breakfast also!
Everything are good, location, service, hotel decoration, friendly staff. Only complain is the room is not sound proof, can hear street cars, and people talking.
Very helpful front of staff helping to get to all local tourist locations. Rooms were clean and breakfast was enjoyable. Beds though are 2 single on top of double base, slightly annoying but still comfortable. Good location and easy to eat to from train station.
A warm and lovely hotel and staff as well Definitely clean and definitely comfortable
The staff was great and very friendly. Room was nice. We had a handicap room which was bigger so that was nice but the room needed some repairs. The glass shower door had been broken and it had just been tapped over. One of the toilet flush buttons didn’t work. Our room faced a very busy street so ...
The hotel turned out to be three times better than expected. Location , cleanliness, and above all the professionalism of all staff was really impressive

My wife and I had a great time here. Parking is never a issue which parking in the towns is a nightmare so it’s nice to not have an annoyance coming back. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were always nice and accommodating. The bartender PePe has been there a while and might ...
Decorated beautifully. Real character. Lovely garden. Staff excellent. Breakfast wonderful. Drinks in bar very very cheap. Noisy road outside, but once air con was on with the shutters shut no problem.
The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the Main station. We had a nice stay in this hotel because the owner and Ms. Sylvia were very accomodating and supportive of our plans. Sylvia even recommened two nice restaurants near the place. The steak there are superb! We had nice breakfast. Our stay is ...
We booked as a couple and a teen son, and thought correspondence had confirmed our change in plans and that our 20s daughter would also join us. Upon arrival we were confused to have only beds for 3, but agreed on a price to add a fourth bed. At checkout, I didn’t go down and later found out my husband ...
Great experience! Staff contacted me directly to know at what time I would arrive so they have everything ready and they were punctual as they said. Also, they even left us leave our luggage even after check out time just so we wouldn’t have to walk with it everywhere. Bathrooms were very clean. ...
