“We stayed for two nights. The room is big, very new and comfort. Walking out of the building is the tram, metro and train station. It is very convenient. Owner whatsapped me the day before arrival and confirmed my arrival time. He waited me at the building entry before I arrived. Her girl friend and owner treated us very well. They prepared us breakfast when they knew we needed to start early tour in the two days stay. If I go Florence again G&G suites definitly my first choice.”

He was very welcoming, he met us on-time for an early checkin, gave us very good all-around recommendations (scenic hikes, museums, local fave restaurants, transportation options). The room we stayed in was very clean and although it’s on the street side (not garden), it’s still quiet, relatively speaking, once you close the windows. "整體來說，房間非常不錯，空間還算大的。 但是隔音較為差，到了晚上樓上房行走到會聽到聲音。但是整體都是非常好的經驗。 早餐就是一概外國西式早餐，我們帶了杯麵在晚上到餐廳門外地方加熱水服務員很好的幫我們添加更熱的熱水泡杯麵，亦是很讚的。 我們是非常早的時候，需要離開到機場，前台的服務員亦很好幫忙我們叫車。"
