Newly remodeled home that is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen in a quiet and safe
neighborhood with ample parking.

Located in the North West Hills just on the other side of Downtown a couple exits from the Portland Zoo east of us and Nike, Intel and Columbia headquarters within an exit or two away as well. Next to everything you need but isolated enough to get a glimpse of deer in the yard. In a very Safe and Quiet neighborhood with an elementary across the street and lots of hiking trails in the area.

Your hosts may be present in common areas such as the front and back yard, garage, and their private basement.

This property was great for the weekend for our group of seven. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the location with lots of parking. There are three rooms that each sleep two people. For additional people, the host supplies mattress to place in the living room. I would offer extra stars for communication and cleanliness.

Great little stay
Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. While visiting family in Portland, who unfortunately didn't have enough space for us, this location proved to be an excellent base for our trip. It provided us with everything we needed and more. The cleanliness was impeccable, making it effortless to unwind and enjoy our time here. Surprisingly, we found ourselves enjoying cooking, a rarity at some rentals due to limited supplies, but here, everything was readily available. Additionally, navigating to and from this home was a breeze, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable weekend in Portland.

Clean and Cozy, Close to Moda Center
The house was perfect for our large party of nine. It was clean and comfortable. The living room had no pullout sofa, but bedding was available, so it worked out fine. The game room with a pool table was a big hit for our family. It was very convenient, being only 15-20 minutes away from the Moda Center. It was helpful that pets are allowed. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay!

Quick overnight stop before going to Portland airport
We did not stay long but the house was nice and made good use of the space. It was an easy half hour drive to the airport. We had one issue, getting into the house, we could not find the right combination lock as you had to touch the black ring around the door lock for the numbers to light up. None of us had seen this type lock before, and there were several traditional lockboxes on the side of the house that didn't work with our code, so we had to call the property manager to figure it out. An extra sentence or two in the welcome email could prevent this in the future.

Wonderful stay! I hosted a small birthday party and there was plenty of space and amenities. Really cool garage with pool table and punching bags, perfect hangout location. Host was communicative and understanding, beds were comfy.

Arrived during a blizzard that knocked out power to the house. The host went above and beyond when it was 14 degrees out to try to set up a generator to keep us warm and comfortable. To no avail we ended up checking out the following morning and not completing our stay. Under other circumstances this would have been an amazing stay, however the lack of heat or ability to prepare food/ shower with warm water curtailed that.
