You found the spot. It's affordable, offers free parking, right on Burnside and not too far from downtown. Room is clean, nothing luxurious but gets the job done. Perfect for staying in town to see a show or be in the mix of it all.

Worst stay ever, dirty and disgusting stay ever. Rooms in bad shape, dirty carpet, small shower, stains all over the floor, headboard and trims. Do not stay here.

Room was okay, service was okay, parking is TERRIBLE. The parking lot fills up super quick. If you don’t get a spot then you have to hope you can find a spot on the street that’s not time limited or requires a permit. It’s not an area I’m comfortable leaving my car out of sight in.

Stayed at the Eastside Lodge for two nights and didn't have any problems during that time. The limited parking was a concern but everything worked out fine as I was directed to an overflow parking area right across from the establishment.

I selected pay at property but I have been charged twice on my credit card before I arrived there. I requested for refund and then I was told I needed to call my bank for refund as the bank charged me. Or I can go other hotel to stay. It’s terrible customer service. I came from outside of American and I needed to call my credit card company to look at the issue by a long distance call that it took me one hours to solve the problem with the front desk and I needed to pay the long distance call fee.

We traveled in late and booked last minute. The room was available but parking was limited, share parking with club next door. Suprisingly the area was quiet. Front desk personnel was very helpful and polite.

For the price it was a good experience. The room itself was clean and they were able to get us checked in a few hours early. There is plenty of parking and I enjoyed that mostly everything was a short drive from the hotel. I would consider staying here again if I visit Portland.

The ac in our room wasn’t working, we let management know and they immediately moved us to another room. Which we appreciated! We stayed a few nights during the weekday and found it was quiet except for the usual road noise, which we were fine with. It was nice having housekeeping made our beds every day. We would definitely come back!
