“No Hot-water”

“El aire acondicionado no se sentía tanto, de día hacía un calor terrible dentro de la tienda, el cuarto, dentro de todo, estaba limpio. Al principio tuvimos problemas con la ducha ya que salía bien caliente, quemaba la bambú y por ende burbujeaba como si estuviera hirviendo y caía agua mega caliente por todos lados, tuvimos que apagar el calentador y bañarnos con agua extremadamente fría para evitar lesiones por quemaduras. No había piscina ni jacuzzi, pienso que pueden implementar esto para……

“El mejor y ubicado en un lugar espectacular, una pena que después de haberle indicado al recepciónista por una habitación bonita vista desde el balcón ( dentro $ de la habitación elegida) me ubicaron con vista al techo del lobby y con vistas a varios perros ladrando, pero todoooo lo demás excelente !”

“Has a small pool, elevator not available for use in the parking garage. Turning into the hotel was not ideal. Hotel did not communicate though the Expedia booking app. Reservation was canceled and I was only notified by private email. All other hotels typically send messages both through booking app and email. For urgent things a phone call would have been helpful.”

“The staff was very courteous and helpful speak bilingual. The amenities was great the pools was very clean as well the whole property. Casino pool room bar live music etc was magnificent. And price was reasonable great for your budget .breakfast was good and service was excellent .. will stay there again . ❤️👍”

“Nice historical location. Room was clean, not hot water, AC was ok for just the bedroom, no good water pressure on bathroom. Common areas could be cleaner. Customer service answer phone right away, I recommend paid parking. Street parking very busy. ”
