The hotel was a small but comfy one, and it was close to the tram station and main tourist attractions at Museumplein. The staff was nice, and there was a lovely hotel cat called Bella. Free drinks and waffles were provided. Really enjoyed my stay with my friend here.

Our room was at the very top of the stairs. Three flights up and down. Managing a suitcase was treacherous. It was not mentioned until almost check in. The area was good

The two staff members I encountered were both very friendly and very helpful. I thoroughly recommend this hotel, which is in a lovely section of Amsterdam that is quiet and not touristy at all. The hotel has a cosy, welcoming feel (you even get a personal hand-written note in the room).
