“The staff was extremely helpful from the minute I checked in( I checked in at 9am but they still gave me a room as they knew I have a 13 hours flight and nn need for me to wait till 3 pm, very considerate). The restaurant and cafe they recommended are excellent and very patient to explain me the direction. The only little thing is the bathroom floor, there was a dirty, sticky finger prints on the floor. Didint know why they were there and it’s too obvious that they shouldn’t have missed it.”

“We are the type of travelers that do not spend much time in our hotel room because we are out and typically return in the evening so as a result of this, but do require the hotel we stay to be in a safe area and feel safe when inside. We also need it to be clean and comfortable and this hotel met those expectation. The staff was courteous and very hands off. Barely looked up when you came in or walked out. The hotel is in a very busy area with a train station nearby. About a 20 minute walk……

Chambre exiguë on Était serre comme dans une boîte de sardines Pas de possibilité de se déplacer on Est obligé de rester sur le lit avec 2 lits accolés sans aucune place autour Pas d’armoire ,pas de siège où mettre les valises qui doivent rester parterre Pas de salle de bain mais un coin Wc avec un minuscule lave main en guise de lavabo et pas de plan où poser une trousse de toilettes qui elle ,est restée……

“The stairs of the hotel is not convenient. Too narrow for taking upstairs with heavy luggage. But the breakfast is very good and tasty. Staff are helpful. Public transport are nearby.”

The staff however is questionable, when we arrived the young lady checking us in was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately another woman attending us for a late check out was extremely short tempered and quite rude. My husband was able to deescalate the situation and she later then apologized.
