“Very Great experience”

“The room was clean however there was no bath towels and it was an inconvenience at 10 o’clock at night to call main lobby and was told that they were washing the towels and we needed to pick them up. That was ridiculous for us not to have an organized room with bath towels. Also the toilet cover was yellow and dirty. Saturday breakfast was very poor service, not enough food and scrambled eggs were empty or no refills. We kept asking for coffee and it wasn’t done. Juices were empty too. It was……

“First of all, their policy is no food or drinks allowed to be brought in. I stayed from Mon-Wed. Checked in Monday night and turned in. Tuesday tried to eat at the Rife restaurant. Reserved for special soccer party. Tried their steakhouse, only open wed-sun. Tried their Budda restaurant, only open wed-sun. Tried their double down Cafe, stood waiting for 22 minutes for a burger and fries, then requested a refund. When to the front desk to let them know what I thought of their no outside food……
