The hotel was close to everything, including the hot springs, and a lovely riverwalk out back. Will definitely stay next time we're in Ouray. "

"The hotel is in a disruptive transition. We were booked into a room that had no window shades or working curtains. We were relocated to a room without a working fridge. The deficiencies were corrected almost entirely thanks to reception staffer Nilu. The other reception staffer projected an unwelcoming attitude. I was ready to leave until Nilu stepped in to make things right. "
