"Ok first of all you never told me we have to be there before 10, u only said to call to check in, and i did bit unfortunately when i arrive nobody was there and i stayed in practically in the streets and they didn’t gave me a refund, so i expect u guys do something."

"We loved it! The room was small, but nice and clean, the bed was good and the view from the balcony to the street charming. We stayed 7 nights, had clean towels and cleaning everyday and fresh bed linnen twice during the stay. The staff is friendly and helpful."

"The Meliá was an absolutely beautiful hotel; if I ever stay in Madrid again, I would choose the Melia. Wonderful staff, room and breakfast buffet. *I was not happy with the shuttle upon arriving in Madrid; the driver was not at all helpful to the guests. However, the hotel was so clean and comfortable, I cannot say enough."
