Prescott College Tours

The pool was green the mattress were worn out I am not pleased with the over all stay they need a upgrade.

We checked in and were offered a complimentary late check-out. We travel a decent amount and have never been offered a late check-out from any other hotels, so we thought that was fantastic customer service. The room was huge and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable! We loved the sunset view from our balcony too.

The hotel was good. Just is somewhere I would go back to. First of have a service dog registered seizure alert dog and entering the office there was a sign don't even try to pass off your dog as a service dog?? I made sure they saw my tag I carry with a scan bar code.Just make you feel very uncomfortable They were not rude and very polite but I guess it tells you what kind of guest they have. They put us in a ground floor next to a group of workers from out of town. They stood out side smoking pot and drinking in the evening and 6 am Laughing and talking smoking pot.! Plus kids above us running jumping very noisy above us??? I have to say the smoke was so strong that I could smell the skunky smell in our room ! The hotel has the responsibility to control this and have them smoke so many feet away from the building. There was also cigarettes but all over the ground. I feel the men were very nice but not considerate about people around them .That is part of a hotels job to control situation especially if they want a business to thrive. I guess this hotel is turning into a Best Western. I have to thank the women in the breakfast room. She does a great job and is very kind and the food is done well! Hope you they take this as a heads up to protect there guest so that they have a pleasant experience.
