Located approximately 10-15 minutes via a short remote drive into the town of Prescott to delight your taste buds along Whiskey Row or stroll through the Courthouse Plaza before returning home for a quiet evening on the deck!

Rules

Pet Policy: Clean up after your pets and keep them on a leash at all times. Pet fee is non-refundable. All pet damages will be at renters' expense.

Please take out all trash. The bin is located on the right side of the driveway. Pick up is every Friday. Be sure to secure the trash bin lid.

No grill and or fire pit available, due to local fire restrictions. Please also do not use the fireplace. No smoking!
