"Great location but the property itself is fairly ordinary. No real amenities besides the free coffee in the lobby. It’s more of a nice motel than an upscale property. Views are amazing though. "

"Beautiful grounds on this property and the staff is friendly. However, the rooms are severely outdated and the beds are very uncomfortable. The bed was so uncomfortable in my first room that we instead slept on the pull out sofa for several nights. The manager, Jennifer, did her best to help us and put us in a different room. The bed in our new room was still uncomfortable. It seems like the beds, mattresses, furniture, etc. are many years old. I’ve never stayed in a hotel before with such uncomfortable beds. Also, we stayed 4 nights and did not receive maid service once. I hope for future guests that the Hilton takes care of these major issues. I would never stay there again. "

"the patio was unusable. Our room was next to the highway. We were looking forward to sitting outside but was not able to enjoy being outside."

"The hotel was priced well and the rooms were fine. The breakfast was listed on Expedia as "Top Tier." I wouldn't classify it that way, as it really was just a continental breakfast of various carbs. If you are expecting eggs, a breakfast meat, or any hot items, you won't find them. Overall, it was a pretty good place with a very competitive price."

"The room was very clean and cozy with a kitchenette and amenities. I believe it is a state law/policy on laundry, but no softener on fancy towels. I wish they were just little bit more fluffy/softer. That could be improved with e detergent they use and material if the towels. This trip don’t allow me to spend multiple days in this relaxing location and I missed an opportunity to explore the resort. But people are very friendly and all guests I met on the property looked so happy."
