Elevator floor buttons confusing: button "4" is floor four, that I can figure; but what is button "4R" next to it? Dispenser pumps in shower disappointing, typical "progress." Small stuff but add up to lessen stay quality. "

"The hotel is always near and clean for our stays. A few things were a bit off the usual experiences. A desk employee on the 12th was a bit unprofessional when we inquired if our room was ready. The person who checked us in when our room was ready was great. The pool was cold on the second day due to new water added. Tried to get breakfast to go this morning from the Iron no one ever came to take our order despite a gentleman telling us someone would be over. Overall our experiences have been very good here but not quite hitting the mark on this trip. "

"forgot credit card at front desk at check in. was never notified while there. Drove an hour back to get card and was told they didnt have access to it. Called next day, card is now missing. Left cell and info (which they already had) and asked for manager to call me back asap. Never got a call. will never stay there again."
