佛罗伦萨省的城堡

"After the second cleaning, i notice there are sand-like stuff on the floor of toilet area, it felt gritty and uncomfortable. I walked barefoot in the room as there were no slippers provided and I didnt bring one with me. The second morning when I was in the toilet, I accidentally stepped on something and it was painful. I realised I was bleeding. It was a tiny piece of debris? (I was guessing its a debris from the wall because of the shiny surface, but I can’t tell). This is not what I expected from a 4-star hotel… And some minor details -wifi didnt work for ard a day -entrance is hard to locate, and u must go through some stairs -no slippers -no conditioner -no hook inside the bathing room so all clothes and towels will be put outside. You needa be in your room naked and it felt weird to me -im in paradiso concept room but it still felt a bit dark, the corridors are dark as well -(if you care) pillows are quite soft -music in the bar which you could hear a little at night -i noticed 2 small fly?(i dont even know whats that) in my room, near the basin -the way room cleaning handle/move your personal belongings, such as shoes, really tells what attitude they got in their job. Its a very minor thing but you can feel their way of working. -hard to locate the hotel entrance, and all entrance have few steps of stairs Overall, I had high hopes because I love the design and concept of this hotel, however I left with disappointment."

"Very nice room, great breakfast, but need to pick the section of the hotel where A/C can be turned on. Ventilation is a problem as there was a little bit of sewage smell. However, overall a decent experience. "
