“The staff were courteous on arrival and gave us a tour of the beautiful building before showing us to our room. The house and surrounding environment were superb. The room was comfortable and clean albeit a little too warm at night. Our breakfast was tasty and varied served by a very polite young lady. We enjoyed our brief stay very much and would recommend it to others. ”

“Stayed in the cottages for a wedding weekend. Everything was lovely and the location is just fabulous. The food was lovely and the staff all worked really hard and were there morning until night. The cosy lounges were a bit too warm when the fires were roaring but there are other rooms to sit in. Will definitely be back 👍”

“Lovely reception staff. Very comfortable and clean room and bed. Complimentary snacks as well as the usual tea and coffee much appreciated and great to have bottles of milk rather than tiny plastic pots. Great value for money and the breakfast was delicious with a large range of options and helpful staff ”

“limited hotel services, much like basic business hotel, tooo bad that the lift to car park was not in service during my stay, I need to walked through stairs with my working stick (I have some problems with my legs)”
