"First time staying at an apartment in Lanzarote compared to staying in hotels normally this was better than a hotel 100%, the location was very good near all the shops within a 5 minute walking distance and also near the beach which was also good, the pool at the complex was very good as well, the inside of the apartment was lovely and felt you were at home away from home it was so clean and no more you could ask for.i would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a quite place cause...

"fabulous appt,everything we needed,great location to everything -easy walking into pdc,however those less mobile might struggle with the steps(49 of them) up to the appartment,however there are far fewer steps if you use the back entrance to the complex. The sun terrace is spacious and gets full sun all day,with the benefit of sun loungers.Would certainly book again.Communication with owner was terrific xxThank you"

"Great modern apartment in a lovely quiet complex. Close to all Puerto del Carmen has to offer. We loved to chill on the balcony in the evening sun! Would just say though that it not the right complex if you have any mobility issues…. Approximately 100 steps from the promenade up to the apartment so we got plenty of daily exercise!! Hopefully we’ll return soon."

"Nice apartments and good communications. Very quiet - I would say perfect for older people wanting to relax. Far away from strip so no noise and equally a very short walk away. Supermarket is below the property and extremely handy. An enjoyable stay 👍"

"We had a brilliant time in a lovely, comfortable apartment in a perfect location. It had everything we needed to allow us to enjoy our holiday. Just as we expected from the information provided. "This upstairs apartment is on a quiet and friendly complex. It’s in a great position for walking into the main strip of Puerta del carmen with its bars and restaurants. In the opposite direction you can take a leisurely stroll to Matagorda which takes about 20 minutes. Straight in front of the complex is the beach. "Excellent apartment with absolutely everything you could want available in the apartment. Had an issue with the internet connection not working for the first week but management came out within a couple of days to try to remedy it. Unfortunately it was beyond their control and not the equipment in the apartment but a provider issue. Lovely views from the balcony and a perfect and quiet location just a couple of minutes to the strip. Wouldn’t hesitate to book the apartment again if available...
