“Staff is super friendly and helpful until it’s late in the evening. When you just get ignored. Reservations are pointless because they don’t pay attention to detail on the time slots. And the worse part is that there was money missing from my room and when I brought it up to management their response was why didn’t you use the safe. As it’s something that should be expected at a high end resort.”

“Habitación limpia y cómoda, espaciosa. El staff súper amable. La comida muy rica y la calidad muy buena. La chef prepara unas salsas deliciosas.
