Beautiful peaceful home

Wonderful place to stay. Even though it rained most of our time we made the best of it. This home is convenient to just about any where you want to go or just sit out in the back it was peaceful and relaxing

Amazing home!

This home was amazing! Stunning location, beautifully furnished. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Immaculately clean. The pool was a real bonus with plenty of towels and toys for the kids. I have rented many vacation homes over the years and this was by far the best!

My wife and I live in Myrtle beach. We came down to Fort Myers / Punta Gorda area looking to purchase a second home. This location worked well for us since Burnt store was in the middle. So this was more of a work trip than a vacation. The owner was great to work with. Very clean waterfront house.

We stayed here for a long weekend of golfing from Michigan and absolutely loved this place Brand new appliances very clean very spacious high-end everything beautiful upscale neighborhood super comfortable. The pool was awesome waterfront outdoor bar was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better situation. The property owner and the host deserve a lot of credit for a wonderful experience.

Spotless, well-appointed, spacious home with beautiful views!

This is our second stay in this wonderful house, and I hope we can return next year! The house was spotless when we arrived, cleanest home we’ve ever rented, and Troy was the most prompt and responsive host we’ve encountered in all our rentals (we’ve rented many). Love the layout of this home and the views of the canal and sunsets are unmatched! We enjoyed sitting around the pool, some under the very convenient awnings, and others basked in the sun. We biked/ran/walked the lovely and safe neighborhood often, and Publix and other stores are close enough to walk, if you wanted. I have nothing but positive things to say and loved every minute of our vacation!

Beautiful Home

This VRBO property was wonderful and although the pictures you see look beautiful the home itself is stunning! Communication with Troy was never more than 15 minutes and really almost instantaneously. No issues at all, I had only asked if we should expect any damage from Hurricane Idalia ( which there were none). Easy access to the home and he texted me to tell me we could checkin early as his cleaning service has finished before actual checkin time. The pool was refreshing to use after a day/evening out and about in Punta Gorda. Troy had a well informed binder of everything we needed to know and we took advantage of quite a few of his suggestions. We even went on a Tiki boat cruise and had a great time seeing Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda from a different angle. Very nice high end property that won’t disappoint. Punta Gorda and the surrounding area has a lot to offer and this time of year was the perfect time to plan a “getaway “

True luxury and gorgeousness

It was immaculate, the cleanest VRBO place we’ve ever been to. It was beautiful and spacious. I loved the kitchen, usually I feel like rentals make me appreciate my house more, but this one had wonderful appliances and sink and faucet. Troy was great to communicate with for any questions. Just sitting out by the pool and looking at the sparkling water was great. I wouldn’t call the pool large, it takes about 5 strokes to swim from end to end. It was maybe 22 feet long?The water temperature was very nice, especially on cool mornings. There were 2 awnings with remotes so you could have sun or shade. The huge TV made my brother very happy. He brought his Roku and plugged it in. The big couch with recliner chairs was great too. We loved the bikes, used them a lot to ride around the neighborhood and look at all the houses. My brother and his wife used the kayaks too. We just had a great time and are talking about doing it again next year!

Beautiful Home

The house is beautiful with an amazing view! Beautifully furnished, beds were very comfortable, excellent communication, kitchen has everything you need, plenty of towels for the pool & shower, even had fishing gear, canoes, bikes & other thing's, a very detailed book on all of the amenities the house has & how to work everything, the host has thought of everything you would need!!! Thank you for such an amazing stay!!

Me and my two boys had a great quick get away. Owner was very accommodating with our travel plans and the house was awesome. Very clean, well stocked and the extras (fishing poles, kayaks, beach supplies) were a great bonus. Pool/grill area is great and has all day sun.

Perfect location, beautiful home, warm pool, and stunning water view. We enjoyed having access to the bikes and kayaks as well. Wish the outdoor table that was shown in the pics was still there. Other than that everything was fantastic and would highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful property. Not only was it immaculate, but was very well appointed. The home had everything we needed.
