Located within a quiet, gated community, the condo is only a short drive to the famed Fishermen’s Village in Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, and Fort Myers restaurants. The gorgeous beaches of Southwest Florida are nearby as well. This home is also snowbird-friendly in case you'd prefer a little more time to enjoy an amazing getaway.
At home, you’ll love the one-level, open layout, perfect for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. Start the day with coffee and end it with a spectacular sunset on your enormous enclosed lanai, with a view of boats entering and leaving the marina. The full, well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for meal prep, and everyone can eat together at the large dining table or pull up a barstool for a casual snack. Spend the day exploring, or just head to the community pool to soak up some sun close to home. In the evening unwind with a little TV or post the day’s pics to social media with the free WiFi while the central air-conditioning keeps everyone cool. Call it a night in one of three well-appointed bedrooms, and drift off to sleep dreaming of tomorrow’s perfect vacation day.
