"When we arrived at the cabin we were disappointed to find that the bathroom had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. There was urine on the bathroom floor, the toilet lid, the toilet seat, and on the toilet bowl. The condition of the bathroom was unsanitary and unacceptable, especially considering that a cleaning fee was charged as part of the rental. Before my wife could even use the restroom, I had to clean and sanitize the toilet and surrounding area myself. This was not how we expected to begin our weekend. The only solution offered was to have the cleaning crew return the following day with the explanation that this "is not like the cleaning crew". Unfortunately, that did nothing to address the immediate problem. We needed a clean, sanitary bathroom upon arrival, not a day later after I had already been forced to clean it myself. By the time the cleaning crew could have returned, the issue had already been resolved—by me.While I appreciate your acknowledgment that the condition was unusual, the proposed solution did not meaningfully remedy the inconvenience or the unsanitary conditions we encountered.Because I was required to perform the cleaning myself, I believe it is reasonable to request a full refund of the cleaning fee that I was charged. Guests should not be expected to clean bodily fluids left behind by previous occupants or inadequate housekeeping, particularly after paying a separate cleaning fee."

"Pretty place - AC on 2nd floor did not work for 1 and a 1/2 days. finally got it repaired. Also, ice maker on 3rd floor and main freezer did not work. Repaired it on 2nd day. Needs a fan in "bunk room". No air moving.. especially with the AC not working. Beds were comfortable. Towels were nice."

"This is a beautiful house in a beautiful wooded setting. Very peaceful with plenty of things to keep everyone occupied. We had a large group of 12 adults and 12 kids. The kids took full advantage of the game room and we all enjoyed the pickleball court and then cooling off in the pool. We prepared all of our meals in the kitchen and had plenty of room in the commercial size refrigerator/freezer plus the refrigerator in the game room. I can't say enough about how responsive, friendly and helpful the host was in replying back to all our questions not only from messaging through VRBO but the phone calls as well. I definitely recommend this house for vacation rental."

"The cabin was super clean either way all the amenities that you will need. The Host are very nice people. You can tell they take pride and care of their property and customers. The cabin is in a peaceful surroundings just outside of town, but close enough to be anywhere in just minutes. We highly recommend booking and staying there!"
