I was really looking forward to stayng at this property however, my room had quite a few broken items and was simply not very clean. The bed had one side that was sunken and very uncomfortable. When I got into my room after just having driven 10 hours the TV did not work for the 1st 24 hours. I just wanted to relax and watch the news, not to mention I couled not watch college football the following day. The hotel's in room phones were not working the entire time so I would have to call the front desk with my personal phone of which was not a problem but when calling I would not get the front desk and instead was re-routed to several other departments and then I was told they were busy and to call back. I was never able to reach them and had to go down to the front desk few times; each time I would go down there was no other customers in line and were not busy at all even though this is what I was told by the multiple people I was re-routed to. The room itself was not at all what I expected or described on Expedia as well as their own website. The room was not very clean and I ended up using my lysol sheets to wipe everything down.
