"Extremely helpful and kind staff. The included breakfast and free dinner was very good. Free fountain soda refills during and around meal times was a great plus. Unfortunately the pool/hot tub was closed during our stay because of issues with the chemicals, which was not disclosed to us before we arrived. This was a huge let down, as the adults and kids looked forward to enjoying these amenities. The staff was understanding, and offered to comp. one of our nights because of the circumstances....

"I'm pretty sure my duvet had blood or some food stains on it. I quickly took that off and threw it on the floor. Sink dirty, microwave had food stuck to the inside and the headboard had greasy fingerprints all over it. The bed was hard as a rock and the walls had stains. I only stayed one day and couldn't wait to get out of there. The ice machine on the bottom floor had a thick layer of mildew or mold on the bottom. The place needs to be renovated or a serious deep clean. Can't complain too much...

"I found this hotel last minute for the Usher and Chris Brown concert. The rooms are smaller than I expected but they were okay. I think full length mirrors on the closet doors would be nice oh and the lighting is very dim as well. I also think a mirror with led lights around it would be nice too. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Very affordable too!!!"

"The water pressure was not good. I forgot my soap and the dispenser in the shower was empty. Also didn’t have a second roll of toilet paper. Unfortunately those were things I needed and didn’t have, and this was an inconvenience,but the room and hotel and staff were nice."
