Toilet paper in the pool, couldn't use it - a big reason we booked here. Towels in the pool area were almost hand towel sized anyway. The other biggest issue was that only 1 of 3 elevators were in service and it was taking 10-15 minutes to finally get one. Stairwell was closed so we couldn't take the stairs (only 3 floors). Bathroom wasn't clean when we got there with yellow urine stains and hair around the toilet. The cleaner who serviced our room did do a great job cleaning though - plus for that. Beds were clean as well - another plus for that. Shower doesn't work well, bathroom needs serious updating, it is run down. I could get more picky, but overall, I'll give a 2 star rating if I don't here back from management on their plan to rectify.

"Everyone was very friendly at the desk. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was limited so we had to park on the street since we got there late."

"The hotel is definitely run down and the photos are no longer accurate on the website. The lobby shows a couch but has 4 VERY USED chairs instead that are filthy and you would not want to sit on.
