“The condo was clean, well-supplied, and quiet. We enjoyed the deck and convenient paths to the beach and woods near the river. We were disappointed that the fireplace was not functioning. We recommend extra blankets in both bedrooms, a light over the stove, and a night light in the bathroom.”

“This property was perfect for a fun yet relaxing beach stay for our family, two adults and two kids and our dog, during spring break. The property itself had everything we needed and was immaculate at check in. The fireplace was a nice feature in the chilly April nights and the walk to the beach is super short. It’s stocked with books, music and dvds. Theres a nice deck but we didn’t use it because there were storms most days. There’s a cafe open for breakfast, a 21 and over pub with take out...

“A great visit to Moclips. Communication/checkin was easy and seamless. Was met by Jerry and saw him throughout the visit. Condo was clean and comfortable. Recently updated. Fully supplied kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Great water pressure. 100 yard walk to wide open and empty beach. Dogs had a wonderful time. Will always be a great option for an off-season visit.”

“We stayed 3 nights at the Hi-Tide and loved the access to the beach as well as the Moclips River. The facility is very well maintained.Our only issues were:1- our unit was right next to the stairwell and some folks clomped up and down the stairs at times we were trying to sleep2- we phoned several times with a question prior to arrival and never received a call back. Ultimately, we messaged through VRBO and had our question answered that way.”
