"Small room and tough policy on towels"

"The view from the room was beautiful to go to bed to and to start the morning with. The staff were all very friendly and kind. The meals at the restaurant were perfect to fuel up before a day full of adventures around the area. "

"The hotel is right at the edge of the Sound and next to the ferry we needed to catch in the morning. The restaurant was a bit tired."

"The after 8:00pm check-in process was very efficient and quick once I saw the sign saying to ring the doorbell. The staff person was very gracious as well. We were pleasantly surprised at the modern amenities, but disappointed at the lack of breakfast. We were extremely happy to see the two does feeding just outside our window!"

"Such a beautiful place. Stayed in the 2 bedroom cabin with queen beds. Well maintained and private with stunning views just out your balcony window. Enjoyed my morning coffee watching the ocean waves. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back for a longer stay"

"Opening the door i was hit by a wave of musty air which remained all weekend even with windows open. The beds were sagging the pillows lumpy. The toilet seat broke. The single roll of rough toilet paper ran out with no spare. Dont even try the in room drip coffe its horrible. The walks are thin enough i could hear the next rooms conversation. The room door so poorly fitted you could see light all around it. The deadbolt did not close all the way as it was not properly aligned. The towels were very old stained and rough Check in was simple staff plessent but the rest of the weekend i had no interactions with staff. The lobby was not open in mornings so i have no idea if the had better coffee available. This room was advertised as an "Executive Suite" location was convenient but did not deserve the Very Good customer rating. "
