I live on property in a separate dwelling. However, please use any part of the patios or yard/garden for your enjoyment!

There are 16 steps uo to the home, stairs may be unsafe for children as there is not a door to close from access into main entrance. That is why children under 4 are not allowed.

During winter remove your shoes at entry. Overuseage of heat/ AC will be charged. Conserve please. No overnite guests . NO SLEEPING ON THE COUCH.

NO smoking except out under the pergola, there is an ashtry provided.
