8/10 Very Good! (1,004 reviews)
The suite itself is big and nice. Big kitchen with island, full bathroom with freestanding tub and shower, nice fireplace and balcony. We dont like the lighting temperature in the suite: It appears daylight and so the place doesnt look very cozy like a ski chalet, the kitchen lighting almost looks commercial. And not every switch is dimmable so lighting can be overly bright. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is spacious. If you have kids I can see this resort would be great with all the pools and ball courts on site. Great value. The lobby and drop off area is very nice and spacious. However, we find the architecture the most disappointing part of the whole experience. The structured parking structure is a tad too small, as you can see many giant trucks and SUVS encroaching into the driveway aisles. Over the weekend there's simply not enough parking and you see illegally parked cars onto driveways, which makes turning around difficult. Many of the spaces are impossible to get into when they are next to the walls and columns. The most frustrating part is access. There's so much walking between buildings and switching elevators just to get to our suite. It's also very confusing it probably takes me 30 min just to understand how access works between the buildings, parking and common grounds. The corridors are extremely long with no views and windows, it almost feels like a hospital with that 4300k lighting. You have to rely on signs on everything, including spa, indoor pools etc.
