Even though it is meant to be a long term stay hotel, you can stay for just one night. It's my go-to hotel in Columbus, Ohio because the bed is comfortable, it's super clean, quiet, and there is a kitchen with full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop and dishes/utensils. The very large TV rotates from lounge area to bedroom area. I stayed in the 1 king size bedroom and it was all an open design - no separate bedroom. The price is comparable to a regular hotel, and actually sometimes it is less expensive. The regular Marriott is connected right next door, and there is a restaurant there if you don't feel like cooking. There's a Kroger grocery store within walking distance, and a few low to medium range restaurants (El Vaquero, Roosters, Bob Evans, Denny's, Raisin Canes Chicken Fingers) nearby on Olentangy and a whole slew of restaurants just a little east on High Street.
They offer a breakfast buffet in the morning for free. I remember it being better (ie. the eggs now taste like a powdered mix was used, and I thought they used to have little quiches, and you could make your own waffles, but I could be wrong), but it's a decent selection of food (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, English muffins, muffins, mini waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, boxed cereal, coffee, tea, water, juices, milk.)
I didn't use these, but they offer a laundry service, pool, hearing impaired rooms, and there is a fitness room. They also accept pets for an extra $100 fee.
