The property itself is beautiful. Really cool artwork and decor. The hotel staff is very friendly as well. A few things that I would mention that aren’t necessarily “bad” but more heads up items
1. We couldn’t get the a/c cooler than 70 in the room regardless of what you set the temp to
2. We were given a room on the 2nd floor which is open to the lobby below. They play fairly loud music in the lobby which was audible in our room. This seems to only be a factor if you are on the 2nd floor though as all other floors are closed off
3. Although admittedly we did not have a do not disturb sign up, housekeeping was knocking on our door at 8:40am. Pretty surprised they start that early and if you are a later sleeper, definitely put up the tag
