"Bed is TERRIBLE! as hard as a cement slab. There was NO soap or shampoo in any of the bottles and the towels felt like sandpaper. Pool was drained dry and area closed. ( so much for the "resort fee") Room overcharged me by 50.00 Plus early arrival extra 50.00 Very poor food quality for grab and go. At last the staff was nice. "

"Our room in the Versailles Tower did not have a coffee maker or a mini fridge. The walk to the coffee bar in the lobby was a 10 minute walk, not convenient for your early morning coffee! I highly recommend staying in the Bordeaux tower so you are closer to the Paris casino and it’s amenities. The Versailles tower is actually above the Horseshoe Casino, so it was faster to go there and walk through to the Paris, then it was to take the skybridge over. "

"i had a very pleasant stay overall and would rate the hotel 5/5. The property, facilities, and overall experience were excellent. However, on the second day of our stay, our room access keys stopped working late at night (around 11:30 PM). Since there was no quick service option available, we had to stand in the same queue as new check-ins at the front desk. With my family and child waiting for over an hour, it unfortunately disrupted our evening plans. The staff eventually resolved the issue and also provided some credit, which I appreciate. This may have been a rare technical issue, but having a separate service queue for existing guests with urgent issues would greatly help in such situations. Other than this incident, everything else about the stay was excellent."
