“We picked this location because it was close to several good hiking locations. It’s a little on the pricier side, but I imagine that’s why. No complaints from my party. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the neighbor’s dog. It’s right in the highway so one may have an issue with road noise. We were so tired from our hikes, we slept soundly both nights we stayed.”

“A very cute, cozy place to stay if you’re going to see the redwoods! Super easy to get and close to a Walmart which is nice, if you’re like me I always manage to forget something going on a trip. We had one minor issue with the TV and they answered in just a view minutes, highly recommend!”

“Wifey here: My family and I stood here for 3 nights and we loved it. Originally we looked for a nearby hotel but nothing compared to the pictures we saw in renting this home instead. The pictures you see here are exactly what you get and more. Everything was beautifully decorated and super clean. “I have never been to Crescent City before. Was looking for a “healing place”. Somewhere close to the ocean and the Redwoods. I found it!!! The Woof Lodge is perfect. It is warm, comfy and equipped with everything you might need. Minutes from the ocean and very easy access to the Redwoods. The place itself is very clean, very dog friendly And comfortable for an evening in or out. So happy to have found this little jewel and will definitely be back. “The place is beautiful, just like on the pictures. However, when we walked in, we were hit with a repugnant smell of mold or mildew. It was dejecting and especially so since this was the most expensive and best looking place we booked during our vacation. The first night was really stressful as the smell really bothered me, I even tried to find a different place to stay in the area. “This is an amazing place, literally 2 min to the Redwoods and 2 minutes to the beach. The house was cute and the neighborhood was quiet. “The property is beautiful and the cottage is very nice. The owners were great to talk with and they made sure we were happy with our stay as well as suggested some spots to go. The location is really nice, away from town but close enough that it's only a short drive and just a short drive to get to the Redwoods. This location is especially nice if you have dogs because Walker Road (the best place to walk your dogs in the Redwoods) is close by. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.”
