“The rooms are older but nice. The location is great for Norfolk and Virginia Beach kind of in the middle.”

“Hotel met all our needs, However building is in need of a refurbishment. Our toilet paper holder was gone, had to reach backwards to reach it. Plaster was cracked around shower. Breakfast was ok, not a fan of egg white omelette. ”

“The view is phenomenal, we enjoyed every minute. No cooking in the room however there is a fridge and microwave along with plates, glasses, cups, etc. Tranquility is offered here especially this time of year late April. THE STAFF DEFINITELY CARES ABOUT HOSPITALITY! ”

“There was not vent to cover the ac. There were spider webs in the corner behind the door. The water pressure was extremely low. The bathtub is peeling and dirty. Something was bitting us in the room and etc.”

“The room was clean, although the property itself, is in a sketchy area & done of the people staying their were a bit sketchy, too. This was my second time staying there & both times there were police at the location responding to a disturbance. Thankfully, this didn't occur at night. Both occasions seemed to be during the middle of the day.”

“I was not told it was under renovation. Carpets taken up, holes cut in the ceiling in a hallway bathroom. Liquid leaking from a refrigerator in the hallway, construction dust around vending machines, food droppings in the hallway not cleaned up. Previous tenants clump of hair on the floor in room. Also had requested a location with a pool. They had taken pool out. The condition of this hotel was not worth the price at all. It is now making me rethink my choices of hotel chains.”

“Was told room is not available, hotel is booked and that Expedia made the mistake! We had to beg for a room that we had confirmed. We arrived around 9:15 pm and was told checking in had to be done at 4. Never heard you have to be there on a first come first serve basis to stay -plus it was a comfort inn not Quality Inn as stated in Expedia App. Half the building looks like water damage. The AC unit in room is horrible noise and you can’t adjust the Vent. ”
