"We loved this hotel, very nice room, great and friendly staff, restaurant onsite was useful and food excellent, great breakfast as well. Note - It is next to a railway line so trains going through early hours of the morning which woke the local roosters which in turn got the neighbourhood dog going! not much sleep after that - not really a complaint because everything else at this property was great. "

"This property is fantastic. The pool and beach area are beautiful and relaxing. Our room was good size as well as a great bathroom with a separate shower (large size) and tub. We had a nice balcony as well with an ocean view. The views of Stromboli and the other islands was great. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a chef making custom omelets and crepes, very fresh fruit and nice pastries. The staff was very good- Noemi at the pool bar was outstanding!"

"We traveled during the off season and they graciously picked us up at the train station and even lined up travel for shopping and sightseeing excursions. We absolutely loved the quaintness of the lodging and the people were amazing. No to visit again during the sunny season! Super clean!"

"Wonderful hotel, clean and comfortable - enthusiastic staff, delicious food, beautifully manicured grounds. Spectacular beach. Lovely hotel overall - I would definitely stay there again. "

"3rd floor. No elevator. A/c was old . Cover was hanging off. Shower was small. Had a plastic mat , that was dirty. Had a hard tv with the tv. Receptionist said she was going to fix a/c & tv never did. Also asked to change room to lower floor. Her response was no, because we booked an economy room with Expedia. And we couldn’t lock door. We checked out a day earlier. 6 flights of stairs."

"The property itself is gorgeous. The only downsides are 1. food on resort is a bit of a miss (not enough simple, local dishes in favor of fancy over-the-top dishes ) although breakfast was lovely and 2 you have to have a car to get to Tropea as the resort is isolated and there is not much to do in terms of activities or entertainment. If the weather is nice, you are in for a treat because their beach staff is impeccable and their grounds are breathtaking."

"We spent 8 Days in Ricadi and loved every day. Peter was great with helping us with all our queries including local restaurants and even helping us set up our wifi. The house has a TV which has over 50000 movies and all channels from around the world. Annamaria was very helpful also, although she only spoke Italian (lucky for me im Italian), Google translate would be necessary; she was very hospitable and was always there if we needed anything or had questions. The property was pretty central to all the beautiful beaches including Tropea and Capo Vaticano, Ricadi beach is also a hidden treasure. If you do stay here please go to bar pizzeria Ristorante Paradise just up the road, great food and very well priced. Thank you Peter, Annamaria and Angelo"

"The resort fees were added were not needed as its just a pool there. The xtra for towels were ridiculous. With that said the resort itself and the shuttle sea were very nice convenient "
