“Very Good”

“The staff was great! But, I called a few hours after i checked out to report that i left my coat in my room, was told that they will follow up on their housekeeping ! No one called me back! So dissapointed on how they handle the situation!”

“Firstly, the building was under maintenance. All the rooms looked dystopian the way they were covered in the blue tape and plastic sheets, even our room was under maintenance. When we first tried to enter, it took 5 minutes to even get our key accepted, and the door was super stuck. We thought maybe it was broken, but we got it open. Obstacle number one complete. Second obstacle: the cigarette smell. It was so strong it was like someone JUST lit it up not even 30 minutes to us entering. It was……

“The room is clean and the position is quite good for Costco and Starbucks are quite near. But the basin in the bathroom is really small, besides, water in the pool is not very clean. ”

“Terribly disappointed. My husband had been here 15 years ago and recommended that we book a room. The staff was totally disinterested in the guests. The bathroom floor was sticky and after walking around barefoot, my feet were dirty! The exterior looks rundown. The property is broken up into several buildings and requires you to walk outside to get to the pool (Building 1), breakfast and lobby (Building 2) and our room (Building 3). Hot items for breakfast were unappetizing (sausage and eggs).……
