“The place was very clean. Although the room was missing a wineglass and there was silverware in the sink, everything else was very nice.”

“The room was clean when we got there. The staff were nothing but helpful when asking for recommendations of where to eat, even though we came rather late and some restaurants were closed the staff didn’t hesitate to help us out ”

“Place was new and everything was nice. Lobby, breakfast area and room was clean. Breakfast was good with the usual variety for a free hotel breakfast. Parking was easy. Only two consecutive comments: 1- the three wheeled luggage carts were a pain to use and didn’t hold enough luggage, and 2- for being in Vermont, the maple syrup at breakfast was a huge disappointment. It was cheap and basically tinted corn syrup. ”

“Nice facility. A bit of a mistake with first room key. Opened the room and someone else was already there. Got a new key without a problem but a little disconcerting! ”

“Butler House speaks of itself: a house with the amazing management of a great butler - the result of the dedication of the owner, Paul and his wife. Paul was so friendly and though he was always busy at the breakfast room, he always checked if we needed help Our room was spacious, clean and tidy and offered everything we need.The kitchen is big and we enjoyed cooking there. I used their washing machine and dryer and detergent and softener were available. Highly recommended for couples……
