“Everything about my stay was a 5 Star! From the amenities and cleanliness to the early morning breakfast. Perfectly located to the Richmond Battlefield. Gas stations, restaurants and an easy access to I-75. Cant forget Buc-ee's. Marc, the front desk operator went over and above to help us out with an additional room. “While the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is clearly in need of significant updates and repairs. The room (on the 4th floor) had a musty, mold-like odor and appeared to have been cleaned inadequately before our arrival. We found dust, hair, and crumbs behind the bed and bedside tables, and there were two stink bugs in the room when we checked in.
