“I would like to personally thank the staff and everyone at Villas at Auxilio Mutuo for providing such an excellent experience during our stay. From the beginning to the end of our visit, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, professional, and responsive whenever we needed assistance. One of the things that stood out to me the most was how safe and secure I felt during our stay. The property is connected to or located right alongside Auxilio Mutuo……

“I am unsure how this place got such a great rating but I did not feel clean there at all. On our way out one of the workers in the elevator had a dead roach on his head and a cockroach the size of a golf ball just sitting on his pants leg. There was no elevator going to the parking garage. The only pro was that the place was right off the beach. I would not book here again.”

“I booked this to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday and everything was 10/10. Ingrid was amazing and set up such beautiful birthday decorations and even a gift basket for us. The home is very well equipped and has so many things in case you may have forgotten anything. The property was very clean and well maintained. She even had some goodies left for us (sodas, beers, waters, etc.), which is a very nice touch that is very much appreciated as no other property I've rented has done that. 10/10……

“Check in was good and easy. Nicely decorated. Downside: shower didn’t have hot water, seems like the ceiling has water damage so it’s peeling and quite a bit of cracking. Someone next door has a chicken or rooster and you hear it at all times of day and night. Found big roach dead behind the bathroom mirror. Wouldn’t recommend staying here”
