Café da manhã muito bom, variedade de fritas, sucos, bolos, queijos etc NO QUARTO, a TV nao funcionava. Os cabides no guarda-roupas precisam ser substituídos. No banheiro, a tampa do vaso sanitário rstava avariada. Ocupei por cinco noites o quarto 305. Fiz as observaçoes acima aos funcionarios.

Staff I would say is the most valuable asset of this place, shout out to Mr. Guillherme, the Tour Concierge, he was always so eager to assist us always with a great smile and we felt he went above and beyond with his service.

Lovely the staff, the breakfast is incredible, great view from the roof terrace. Location is exceptional too. The window (city side) was not very sound proof, the room was quite small and they could do with some showers or an area to wash off the sand from the beach before going into the hotel. Also ...

The view of Copacabana Beach was spectacular! The view of the city and even Sugar Loaf in the distance. Roof top bar/restaurant very nice too, right next to the infinity pool. We had room 2007 on the 20th floor. Breakfast buffet excellent too! Lots of items.
