"Luis was a wonderful host, very attentive and responsive to my texts and phone calls. Our flight came in late, but Luis still met us at the villa and showed us where everything was. He was very kind. He had water, coffee and milk there for us which was great. The villa was clean. We had friends staying in other parts of resort so we spent time with them. Having the golf cart to get around was convenient and helpful. It was the perfect spot for my daughter and me to stay. "

"The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. "

"This condo was a great, affordable option for our family of two adults and two boys, ages 10 years and 10 months, to explore the eastern side of PR and San Juan. We arrived late at night, and the host had a baby seat ready to go at the table and the pack and play set up and ready for the baby to go right to sleep. My 10 year old loved boogie boarding at the beach with the provided boards. The beach was beautiful and uncrowded, and the rainforest is a short drive away. Thanks for the great stay!"

"The house and pool are great! Really nice private house with beach right out the rear gate. Everything was "as pictured". Kitchen was well equipped. Beach towels were there too. The pool had float chairs and boogie boards for the surf. The only thing I would improve were the master bedroom pillows were very hard or bring my own. "
