“This room is very comfortable and modern with an amazing ocean view of Manarola and the Ligurian sea. The balcony provided an extremely enjoyable experience for viewing the Cinque Terre coast. Would definitely recommend for anyone that isn’t adverse to climbing long stairways and steep sidewalks - but that’s the basic nature of CT anyway. The only negative was the inability to check in a little early because we arrived in a downpour. But otherwise a great home base from which to enjoy the charm……

“You need to contact hotel through WhatsApp for check in Or there is no response. The key for the room is in lockbox at top of the stairs. Once inside, the view is amazing. Worth every penny and all the stairs. There are no beach towels or bag. Everything is an additional charge- drip coffee, water. Expresso costs the same downstairs in town. For those with bad knees or have trouble with stairs, do not recommend. There are about 70 stairs. Overall, it was very pleasant and air conditioned.”

“Amazing view. The room was very clean and well maintained. Excellent shower and water pressure. We had trouble connecting with the staff in advance, but once we were in town he answered immediately both times we called for assistance. Check in online was quick and easy. We are at the restaurant directly across the stairway and it was delicious La Regina di Manarola. We recommend the pesto pizza, best we have had in Italy. Overall excellent stay, would stay again and recommend to a friend”

“Our apartment was very comfortable, clean, and had a great shower in the bathroom - the best shower we had anywhere in Tuscany. Our host, David, was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
