“The staff at check-in was friendly, so I actually started out hopeful. I got to my room and at first glance it looked clean. Then I walked into the bathroom and it was flooded, water everywhere across the floor. How do you miss an entire flood during a room inspection?
After I reported it, they did move me to another room, which I appreciated in the moment. But the problems didn't stop. The next day I asked for housekeeping to clean the room, and no one ever came. I waited all day, nothing.

“Very comfy bed and pillows! Nice clean and quiet room. Shampoo and body wash dispensers in shower were very handy.
Pool was basic but nice and clean. Breakfast was basic, but had egg omelets, sausages, and potatoes, along with gravy and waffles.”
