“very musty smelling in the rooms, whole place inside stunk of curry cooking. Knats flying around in bath. no wash cloths in bathroom. ring bell for someone to come to conter then waited”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable. The art work was beautiful!! Our room was super clean, super quiet & super convenient to Longwood Gardens. I wish check in at every hotel was as easy & convenient as the Artelo was. Once you make your reservation theyll send a msg with your door code & check in time as well as contact info if needed since they don't have a staffed front desk or on-site. The mini bar was really nice option that you honestly don't see……

“办了入住才知游池不可用,本来就是为了泳池和热水按摩池才选了这家,早餐很好,套房也很好,但要自己去前台拿备用的床上用品,主要厕所没排气”
