River Falls Chalets

The comfort and cleanliness of the hotel is only surpassed by the great people who work there They were so accommodating and interested in our comfort. Love this place. We were here seventeen years ago and the place has only gotten better.

Heat in our room didn’t work so had to move to a different one otherwise the hotel was clean, pool great, staff friendly. GRE At location.

Justin at the Front Desk was AMAZING!!! It was a busy weekend, but he single-handedly took care of every guest with a positive attitude. He was a Rock Star!!!

Front desk staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and comfy and we received a welcome goody bag. Very nice hotel for the money. Highly recommend.

We were only staying overnight so we could attend a funeral in the area. The room was ready no we were able to get breakfast the next morning before we left. Very handy

All we did was sleep there, but the bed was comfortable, the room was nice, having a fridge and microwave was nice and the breakfast was great!

Hotel staff was very helpful and very nice anything I needed for my room I was given immediately. They had complementary breakfast in the morning which included eggs, sausage, toast, fresh fruit, bagels, English muffins, sweet rolls, waffles, and milk, orange juice, coffee. Room was very clean and clean bathrooms. Air conditioning worked great! I felt very secure parking my car there at night. Just overall a great hotel!

Amazing hotel- great views, amazing food at the restaurant and very clean and modern amenities! Will definetly recommend to others.

We found everything excellent from the very courteous staff, the large clean room, the large bathroom, the comfortable bed and just the entire experience of staying at a nice hotel. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Gorgeous building, amazingly nice staff. A great breakfast too. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. As well as normal things you'd expect. I wish there had been a arm chair or similar in the rooms, some of the pictures show one. But it wasn't an issue.

New and clean! I would come back again. The beds were very comfortable.
