"The location is easy to access, right on Telegraph Rd (with a DQ across the street), with local activities available. Once you walk in you will see that the condo is awesome. The host is great with communication. The pictures don't do the condo justice, as there is so much room and is so well maintained. "Locating the property was pretty easy and there was ample parking. The building itself is a bit older and is showing its age on the outside and inside. You can tell the host is in the process of trying to upgrade some things, but it doesn't impair any functionality. Unless i am booking a resort, where the room is the destination and focus of the trip, I am looking for safety, quiet, and sleep. This delivered all three of those things. "Stayed here with a group of friends for a wedding and enjoyed all the amenities the loft had to offer. The neighborhood is a little rough but that does not come through in the quality of the lodgings. Would stay again!"

"This place was terrible. Should never have been listed. Ceilings dirty, previously wet and sagging. Carpet ripped and FILTHY. Horrible patchwork pink paint covering dirt and graffiti in the hallway. Host never responded with entry information. It was all bad. Vrbo did set me up in a hotel for 3 of my 5 nights then I had to find lodging for the rest of my stay Awaiting my refund for that."

"This apartment was vintage and completely clean. The apartment can include a romantic theme for couples, as well as, a quiet stay for friends or small family. The Host is also a great aid and extremely nice. 👌 "

"Newly renovated was the only positive. Wasn’t upfront about the plugged toilet and tried to mask the smell by locking the door and putting bleach in the bottom of the dishwasher and Lysol. Was promised 2 bathrooms and 4 adults from different families had to use one. A charge of garbage disposal for $50 We were from a different country - where is the garbage going to go. "It was great to bring our dogs with us on our visit to Detroit. The accommodations were Clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The neighbors were pleasant and the bar down the street was a nice place to have a drink. We visited Belle Isle and Gross Pointe Park. We found great restaurants that allowed dogs for outside dining.
