“The room was very clean and comfortable; everything in great order and it had everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable. I meant to do some food prep for Thanksgiving but ended up doing it at our son's nearby but everything was there I would've needed. The area is a bit sketchy but we felt safe and secure. It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. “This is a good listing for someone on a business trip. It feels a lot like a leasing office with a bed in it. No closet, no where to put your clothes, no kitchen table just a working desk and chair, no iron or ironing board (which was listed but no where in the listing), the property manager isn’t very responsive.
