"I had stayed there before and I liked it so I booked for a further 3 days after I had left for 2 days. To my horror, the day I returned, someone was in the room sleeping I had booked the room one week in advance and they were clueless as to what happened. There were a lot of things that detracted from the experience though: lifts not working, power sockets broken, heated towel rail permanently off, people playing in the pool with balls (despite this being prohibited), broken lockers… it sadly made an otherwise good experience frustrating.
