“The house was very clean, nicely decorated without being cluttered, and it wasn't stocked with garage sale leftovers. We have rented houses from Austin to Marco Island to Hilton Head, and this was one of our favorites.We will be back.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, very well maintained and stocked, and accommodated our group well. We would definitely stay again. As a note, these things do not take away from the 5 start review, but would be nice to note for your first time: the driveway is extremely steep, so if you plan to park in back just know that. Secondly, the house is old and extremely cute, but the floors squeak. So early morning tiptoe-ing is required :). ”

“Mr. Husson allowed me to check in a couple hrs. early-which he did not have to. The interior was clean and reasonably furnished. Price was reasonable for area. However, advertisement was misleading. Rental is for a floor/flat of a house. Not the whole house. Finished basement was rented to another party (who had a puppy that cried throughout the nights). Also, yard was trashy with litter strewn about.”
